"I have ordered from MidwayUSA for years and have always been satisfied with their selection, pricing, and service. I recently had a package delivered that had been mangled in shipment and some items even lost from the box. I contacted them to see how to make a claim and they immediately reshipped all of the missing items and issue credits where replacement wasn't available.
On another occasion, I returned an item to a manufacturer under warranty, but they refused to pay for the return shipping. I contacted MidwayUSA and they promptly issued me a store credit for the cost of the shipping and apologized for the manufacturer's response. I call that first rate service!"
"God awful customer service. Purchased 3 scopes 11 days ago, they went on sale today and when I contacted their customer service to see if I could get a credit for the difference I was told it was outside their 24hr price match. I could however return the ones I bought and buy them again for the sale price. How does this make any sense, someone tell me. Good news is their are many other sites that do the same thing as them, so I will take my buisness elsewhere."

Bigger concern here though is the lack of senior management response as the multiple emails sent to the "president customer concerns" email box were answered every time by an associate on behalf of the president.
Bottom line is this policy is not transparent to the customer and the senior level leadership refuse to acknowledge this fact."

"Ups and usps lost my order from midway, didn’t receive it on date I should’ve..so I called midway and they immediately sent out a new order (same stuff I ordered the first time) and it was in my mailbox in less than 3 days with upgraded shipping. Midway is an exceptional company and has done nothing but impress me with their ability to restock inventory, fulfill orders and even make right of wrongs that weren’t in anyway their fault. Trust that midway will have your back, even through the worst."
"I was looking for a shotgun and the only place that had it in stock was MidwayUSA.
I had never dealt with them before and as always before dealing with a new company I checked out their reputation and found a few negative reviews so was a little concerned about ordering from them.
I checked with the FFL I was having the shotgun shipped to (someone I have dealt with a lot and trust) and they told me that they get a lot of people having their firearms shipped to them from MidwayUSA and have never had a problem.
I then used the live chat feature on the website to verify that they actually had the shotgun in stock, the chat session was very friendly and helpful and they told me they did have the shotgun in stock and ready to ship so I went ahead and placed the order on Monday 10/12/20 which was a holiday.
I received a shipment notification on Tuesday 10/13/20 with the tracking number. The shotgun was delivered in perfect new condition as advertised on 10/16/20 to my FFL and I picked it up from them the same day.
I am more than happy with my experience with MidwayUSA and would not hesitate to order from them again."
"It's one of those things... how much does it take to get me worked up enough to leave a review? A damn lot. I've ordered ammo off and on over the years and aside from testing my patience, I've never had a big issue. But with my most recent order being short 350 rounds, no response to emails and no one to call, I was becoming particularly concerned. I did finally reach customer support using their online chat but I was NOT entirely happy with the discussion or outcome. I had purchased 2000 rounds for 189.99. That comes out to 0.094995 per round. I was shorted 350 rounds. So 350 * 0.094995 comes out to $33.25 right? Well, not according to Midway. They will only refund the "advertised" amount per round. Which they state to be 0.9, they round "down". So the refund amount, $31.50. So... I know what you're thinking, it's only 1.75 right? Well sure... but its not about the money, it's about shady business practices. They were willing to lose a future customer over that 1.75 and I'm stubborn enough to stick by not dealing with them in the future over such a petty amount."

I won’t receive my items because the home it’s going to will keep it and claim they never got it. UPS agreed they damaged the product. But, sent Midway my credit. Midway has my credit but refuses to send me a product that has been paid for TWICE because I refuse to send them the damaged product.
There are photos of the package, the damaged package, the broken product etc., etc.,.
And there is no way to discuss the issue except by email.
The customer service department is hiding behind the Covid issue.

" Costumer service is horrible. Sure many of people have experienced having a problem merchants may have from time to time. At times like this would be simple to please a reasonable costumer. Rather than doing something to show the costumer that the merchant cares about what the costumers are experiencing. The merchant says that happens at times. I am sorry over and over in different ways. Unwilling to offer any type of solution. I had a problem with a purchase. I set a notice to be informed of when a soon to arrive item would be sold. These days, this is a hard to get item. Despite checking on the item a couple of times a day. The item sold out days before the items projected date to arrive and I was never even notified. Now I have missed out on free shipping. If I were even willing to buy that item at another date when would it arrive, what will it cost and would I get free shipping, the response is I am sorry that happens we can sell out fast. I am not sure but, I think that falls under the classic bait and switch laws. I now question the integrity of Midway USA. Especially, with similar problem once before.That problem ended up with me hearing sorry better luck next time, as well. All costumer service had to do was some small gesture for me to say all is cool. Stuff happens. I will never visit their web site again. They are a DISHONEST company!
