"Im a new customer with Midway USA. Item was sent promptly, however, USPS stole my order. USPS claims they forwarded my package to a USPS warehouse located in Atlanta, George for lost mail. I tracked this package since day one and watched it on tracking website being sent by Midway, arriving at my home post office, then being forwarded to a city miles from my home. Now USPS is claiming it is in the process of being destroyed. Right!! USPS have free lancing thieves stealing our stuff!
In any case, after a month went by I called Midway and they rectified this issue immediately. Ill have here by Thursday - I HOPE. If item is problem free, Midway gets 5 STARS from me. Also, I read a lot of these negative post. I use to work with individuals like these people. Most of them are Gun Show venders looking to bring down a company they see as competition. Game over vendors. Midwayusa’s prices, inventory, and customer service thus far is untouchable. Thanks Midway! "
"I ordered a green Armalaser and they shipped a red. I foolishly assumed they shipped the correct product (sarcasm) and took the laser and pistol to the gunsmith to get it bore sighted for $40. Imagine my disappointment when I picked it up and tested it and it's red. I called them. They blamed the manufacturer for shipping them the wrong product. They said they'd refund my money but not the cost of bore sighting the laser. Yippee. I asked if they'd give me 20 bucks and I'd keep this one. Nope. I will NEVER buy anything from these people again. Pathetic."

UPS regional manager said it was Midway's fault by the way the package was sent/shipped. Between Midway USA iland the inept employees with UPS which is the exact shippiler that Midway USA chose to do business with I will never do business with Midway USA again. Went to my local gun store and bought exactly what I needed not worth the hassle stay away from this company."

I wish I had checked reviews on Midway (does the USA part of the name represent United Scam Associates?) prior to ordering.
Won't order from them again and perhaps you should consider the reviews of Midway--- before you give them any money. For if anything goes wrong, they will fall back on "inventory control"...whatever that means."
"One of the biggest mistakes MidwayUSA has done is to get rid of their printed catalogs, both their flyers and their main catalogs. I can't take a laptop or a tablet everywhere I go, so the printed catalogs were a great help. Besides, the last time I checked, printed catalogs and flyers don't crash or need batteries. Since they have done this, I haven't done anywhere the business I used to do with them. I have shifted to other companies that still have them. They need to bring them back."

"I ordered a Kryptek vest and paid for expedited shipping through Amazon Prime. Item was delivered 4 days later. I ended up purchasing the vest locally and returned the vest as it did not show up for the trip it was bought for. When I returned the vest they withheld $17.54. I paid $9.95 for the expedited shipping alone. Shady business practices and after numerous emails t trying for resolution they simply no longer respond. Buyer beware. "I've purchased hundreds of items of the last several years from Midway. The shipping is usually rock solid, rarely had anything arrive late. Only a couple items were damaged and Midway rapidly replaced them without hassle. Items were always as described and good quality. Some sites will sell anything, and if you are not careful about reading reviews you can buy junk. Never had that experience with Midway. For me Midway is the go to place, the first place I look for something related to shooting and especially reloading. Their prices on most items is competitive. "
