"Ordered $200 worth of gift cards on November 25. This is Dec.6 and have not received them or a shipping confirmation. I called last week and after a 20 minute wait was told they were sent Dec.1. "Placed an online order and four days later received an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation as to why. Called customer service and waited on hold nearly 20 minutes to be treated with incredible disdain - it is as if they simply don't care if customers are pleased or not. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in customer service. Further, I was instructed to call to verify inventory availability in advance of completing any Internet order. This is so bad. If you cannot manage inventory properly you should not operate an e-commerce site. Really sad that any organization can be so poorly run."

"Although package arrived in a reasonable amount of time, they weren't what I expected, sizing is way off. I ordered a medium and a large and as I wasn't sure what their sizing would really equate to. When they arrived one seemed more of a small and the other a 3xl as they were so so extremely different. The one pair is way too large even for my husband who has larger hands to wear and the other pair was fine for me, but I really would need something in between (which is possible if you could see and try them on you would understand). So maybe there was an error in their tagging, but if not then definitely in quality control. Will look elsewhere for a pair to replace the ones with the hole. "
"Took them 5 days to cancel my order with no explanation as to why it was cancelled.
Checked their website and item was still showing as available to ship to home.
Customer service says item is out of stock and that they do not do real time updating on the website so anytime you order things that say they are in stock they may be out of stock.
Customer service refused to remove my information from their system despite repeated requests.
If a company can't control their inventory data why would anyone trust them with the information garnered during an order?
Terrible service and company is not on top of their inventory."

Once I was connected with the management office i was told all the managers were too busy to speak to me and I should call back later. "I ordered an item online and later received an email that the order cannot be fulfilled. Yet, it is on sale at the same moment on their website. Weeks later I received an email for feedback. I left an honest reviews so they can learn and be better. Then I received another email that my review was "moderated" and asked me to revised my bad rating. So all the reviews you see on their site are only good because the bad ones are removed. This is my first and last shopping experience with this horrible seller. My order was not the only one that got screwed. There were many after reading from other buyers' cancelled orders."
"Ordered a gift for Christmas on November 26, 2020. Received an email saying it shipped on November 30th. My account was charged December 1st. It's December 29th and I still don't have it. Called customer service and waited over 45 minutes to talk to some one, She said it must be lost in the warehouse. Fed ex received a label but no package. Now I'm on hold 53 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Plus I sent customer service an email, never heard back from them either. This is the worst customer service I've ever had in my life!!!!!!! Very poor for ordering online and obviously getting in contact with customer service. "For the 2nd time now in less than a month they didn't fill my order and just canceled it due to no longer in stock. Good way to not honor sale prices or coupon codes since items will be in stock again in a few days but would rather cancel my order than fill it when items come in. Pretty bad business practice. "
"I placed an order for this item as a Christmas gift when it went on sale at Fleetfarm.com. Then, a week later, I received an email cancellation. I made numerous attempts to call and remained on hold for over 20-minutes each time before giving up. Finally, after waiting over 25-minutes a Fleet Farm rep picked up. She told me their was (allegedly) a problem with their inventory and it was not accurate, so they cancelled the order. She was very rude and put in absolutely no effort to rectify the situation at all. I even asked if they could have the item drop shipped from the manufacturer, to which she said "no" without even considering it and with the most annoyed sounding intonation in her voice. I was irritated because there was still inventory at some of their stores and they should have made good on the sale by having it shipped from one of the stores. Instead, now I'm stuck without a Christmas gift and a bad taste in my mouth for choosing Fleet Farm. I was a repeat customer, but will NEVER use Fleet Farm again. "
