Yet the order i placed later that day went through fine and nothing needed verified. They have the product in stock that i ordered. They should do the right thing and fulfill my order. Not only would I give positive reviews I would also continue to shop there and tell other to as well. "
"I was having a little difficulty piecing together parts for a project I’m working on. Along came Don M. in the electrical department. I showed him a picture of what I was attempting to do. He knew exactly what parts were necessary to complete the project; no hemming and hawing. I left with a clear understanding of how to proceed, along with the tools for the mission.

Asked if we could order on line and was told maybe. Went on line to discover it can't be shipped to store anywhere in WI. What a joke for on line shopping. Why is Fleet always out of items and no one can tell you it's on order? Menards has more of selections than Fleet. You should change your ad on TV. "I ordered items and paid $28 extra for two day shipping. Not only not here in two days, but will be here FIVE days after ordering. Was told that the website says they can ship 23 -48 hours after ordering and then the two day shipping applies. What a scam. Refused to refund my money."
"As a long term customer, very disappointed since the recent management changes and the new inventory system, which is terribly flawed. You're out of everything all the time! And you don't even know it. Plus employees can't order even if they wanted to--they're left to only give apologies! Was buying a point well -- Germantown WI out; Oshkosh out; Appleton out; Green Bay out! They all showed sufficient inventory but when called - OH HECK NO! nothing on shelf. While I waited for a manager to call Green Bay stores, an ad came on PA saying, "If we don't have it, you don't need it!" I said out loud to the manager, "yes I do!"
Also, the credit card thing is terrible . . . CAN'T PAY IT AT THE STORE?? Ridiculous. 24% interest on your card & they charge ME $11 to pay online!!!! What the Heck is that about? (the CC Company with your name on it) Not using card ANYMORE.
Pricing - What can we say about that? Everything has gone up! WHY? Way cheaper at Menard's now and they have it IN STOCK! Hope you fix the S*** or we're moving on for good. Miss my old Fleet Farm."
"I was told that i would get 4 points per dollar spent. Purchased $2,045.41 worth of merchedise Called customer service for card and could not understand what they were saying (out of country). Called coperate customer service and told me to call card line again. After protesting she informed me that I did not get my points because it was 6 months same as cash. i asked the clerk before i purchased the items and they said"Yes" i will get the points. Corperate customer service went on to tell me i should have asked the manager. i am a manager and if all 25 of my sales peoples clients have to call me to verify if salesman is telling the truth that is redeculious. They should have been trained that way. Horrible customer service. Will let all my customers know "the truth". would not tell my worst enemy to shop with them. "

"Traveled many miles to pick up online order (hose reel with cabinet) because local store didn't have it stocked. It was not boxed and dusty/dirty (figured it was the display model) but worse was the discovery (after I got home) it was totally broken underneath so wouldn't have supported a hose at all. They WOULD not (said they COULD NOT) do a store-to-store transfer so I could exchange it at the local store.
Needless to say, I won't be spending much time shopping at Mills Fleet Farm in the future. Luckily I found the same product for the same price at Menards who actually has GOOD customer service."

He was wrong, he never even checked,seemed clueless about current ad....gave the impression customer not important. Customer service desk worked out the problem. "My wife wanted to purchase rubbers for our daughter when she is home this weekend. We found a pair she like online at Fleet Farm and order it to be picked up in store, as well as a bag of dogfood. now I have done this at Target, and get a email with in 30 min or less order is ready to be picked up. well it has been 24 hours and no email. Logged onto fleet farm and check on the order. Still processing. I guess I will have to wait another day or have the order cancel and drive in when I have time to shop and get the order myself. Or have my daughter try and get them at a store closer to where she lives since she won't be getting these boots this weekend."
"I ordered a toy for my son for Christmas. 3 days after ordering, I received an email stating it was “out of stock” and they were “sorry for any inconvenience.” A few weeks later I received an email with the option to review my experience with Fleet Farm. I gave 1 star, airing out my frustrations, and today I receive another email stating my review can not be published because it didn’t meet the “website guidelines.” So not only do they falsely advertise products, they also do not publish negative reviews. A terrible company, all around. "
"I ordered mens Underarmour long underwear online on your black friday sale on 11/23/18 - size Large for 59.49 and no shipping which was a very good deal. We also ordered a top. Unfortunately the bottoms are too large and we need a medium. Upon calling the customer service number they informed me that they cannot do an even exchange online. In calling our local store they did not have the size I needed. The closest store that did have our size was 62 miles away. I then had to order the size we needed for an increased price of $84.99 plus shipping of $11.99. In placing my order for the Black Friday sale there is no information on that website indicating that exchanges were not possible. We are very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of ethical and honest advertising for your black friday sale. In fact in checking my online browsing history your return policies say just the opposite thus I had full faith in my Black Friday purchase. This turns out to be untrue. Please provide better information in your online sales for the customer. This is very frustrating!"
