"I have recently ordered cards and have to pay excessive shipping for delivery within the same city the cards are printed. When trying to understand why the cost was so high, the person I was chatting with did not provide any direct answers . Additionally, I already have envelopes and didn't want to generate more waste, and the support person I was chatting with did not guarantee that the envelopes could be removed from the delivery package and there would be no alteration to the cost of delivery even if the envelopes were to be removed. When they offered a discount code, it was the one that was already broadcast on the website, and the one that I received in an email. I am really disappointed that the shipping cost is so high, there is no option for pick-up within the city the cards are printed, no option for opting out of envelopes (hoping to reduce waste and the cost), and no support or answers from the support person (who ultimately was not supportive)."

"This was my first try at a book with mixbook. I found it difficult in the beginning to place items and understand the icons......but by the end of the process I was much more comfortable and more aware of options for the book project. Two things: the price was pretty high compared to other sites I've used. I did use a coupon which helped. And the book arrived with a little tiny problem on the front inside white cover sheet....it was not completely caught in the glue for the bottom two inches or so. The rest of the book was beautifully finished and I will be coming back for more."
