"Purchased a Bloom sectional in August 2020, delivery was supposedly confirmed about 3 weeks later. We got a notification that it had been delivered but stayed home all day waiting and never received anything only to find out they delivered to the showroom instead of our address. So it took them a couple weeks later and then when we finally got it, we started having issues with the feathers poking out of all the cushions, pillows and even the base. A couple weeks later they brought a new sectional and took the old one away as we did sign up for the uniters plan when we originally purchased. Sure enough after about a month later we started having the exact same issue with sharp feathers poking out everywhere making a huge mess like it was a chicken coop and very uncomfortable to sit on. They did give me a small refund but when we continue to have more and more problems with this they are being very difficult and providing extremely poor customer service and not willing to do the right thing by making matters any better. I would definitely not recommend Modani to anyone after the very poor experience we have had with them. They easily could’ve fixed the situation and done what was right and all would’ve been fine, but instead they are trying to play hardball."
