"This was my first purchase from this store and I can say I am very satisfied. Being as computer savy as I am I found ways (the IRC channel) to talk support on a semi-daily basis to get to know the store and the product I was buying in anticipation of the arrival. I was also allowed to modify my order to get the skin I chose for my DS Lite in the same shipment which was encouraged by the good service I was already recieving. They allowed this swiftly as I had the order number handy and I am strongly encouraged to do more business there in the future. I did not have to wait long even considering the items had to go through customs first either which left me rather satisfied."

"Ordering and order processing was very good -- it even arrived a day early. Unfortunately, my positive experience ended there.

They sent me the wrong item (an EZPass, I ordered an EZPass 3). They claimed they no long sold the EZPass, which is still for sale on their site as of this posting. The customer service agent was insulting and combative through the entire process. He only agreed to deal with me after I contacted my credit card company for a chargeback.

Besides the store's unbelievable fast shipping they possess a certain quality that is lacking in just about every place online and in person. This quality is the very special support that they offer. They repeatedly answer all the annoying questions over and over to newbies without hesitation. They also point you to read some very in depth tutorials on just about anything with ds you could have questions with.

One of people who works for modchipman.com, he may even be the owner i am not sure, kfree, found on efnet, channel #ds , is the king of support and explanation. This does not mean to bother him with hundreds of idiotic questions, but you will at least be pointed in the right direction to find your answers. The price of items is very competitive as well.
