"I'm modernizing a GT backwoods from the 90s. Wanting some wider bars, I looked around for a site that had a stem/bar combo in the range I was looking for and MB had the parts I needed. I usually try to support my LBS, but selection of bars is very small. Although you can refine an online orders to only in stock items, they were out of the first bars I chose. Calling the shop it took just 3 mins to switch the order to a different bar; and my order got to me ahead of the scheduled delivery date! I will definitely be supporting MB with my other online purchases in the future. "

"I ordered 4/25 and the status doesn't update until 4/27 showing that it will ship on 4/28. On 4/29 still show shipping on 4/28. I call customer service on 4/29 because the ship date has passed and no tracking, and they tell me there was some error in their system, and it will go out for sure on 4/30 and maybe the same day. On 5/1, it's still showing shipping on 4/30. Never received tracking but charged my credit card. The site is making false promises on shipping dates and leads the customer on and on. "

"I bought a Monorail at the sale price which I thought was a fantastic deal. The rack came very well packaged and was a breeze to assemble. It accomodates my 2 bikes and they are held in place with no wobble while driving, even over some dirt roads. The release handle may be the best part of the rack. I would definitely buy this rack again, even at the full price. Placing the order with ModernBike was easy and delivery came quickly. "
