"MAP does great work, but seems to have a few issues. I sent in a turbo to be rebuilt and was told it would be shipped back to me on a Friday, Monday at the latest. After waiting until Wednesday, when I still hadn't heard anything, I called and was told their shipping department was backed up, and my turbo may ship that day or possibly the next. I had to ask for overnight shipping and still never received tracking information, very disappointing. Overall, MAP does do great work, but needs to work on their shipping and notifying customers on when shipping gets behind, some of us have schedules to keep."
