The 2 bad marks i listed were shipping and would i purchase from again, They go hand in hand because shipping for me is a huge part of my decision on where to shop online. The web site is great and easy to navigate, your prices were unmatched by any competitors and customer service got back to me in a timely fashion. It has been 16 days since my order and my purchase has yet to leave the facility in route to my residence, I was told on two difference occasions about a week apart it would be shipping and it has yet to do so. I ordered this part knowing i was on vacation for the next 2 weeks so i could be home to receive and that just wasnt the case. So all in all i was very pleased with the entire process up untill shipping. "

"I have dealt with Modern Automotive Performance on multiple occasions. Both experiences were excellent. On my previous order, the product I ordered (KW Clubsport 3 Coilovers) was back-ordered from the manufacturer (as well as had to be drop-shipped from the manufacturer). The employee I was speaking with at the time would consistently check up on it's status whenever I asked for an update (I waited about 4 weeks), and would never ignore or seem annoyed with any question I had.

For this specific order, I ordered brake pads through the web site and never heard back about a shipping date or received a tracking number. After about 2 business days I e-mailed MAP for a tracking number. They responded almost immediately and gave me the tracking number, as well as let me know that it just got delivered.
