This comment is not about your warehouse. We are happy with the service that you provided. This is about the quality of the desks. The desks look really nice and it is said that they are made of solid wood. But, we were disappointed to see card board at the back of the drawers which were not even glued in but stapled in and not even at the right places. We got good prices for the desks from your warehouse. If we had paid the full price of $400 + for each desks for such sloppy job, we would have been really angry. These are for our girls and they are very happy with the desks. Overall the desks do the jobs but for the price they charge for them is ridiculous when you see the cardboard and the sloppy job.

"The furniture arrived in good condition, and that's all I can say that was good. I was told shipping would be in 1-2 weeks. Almost 6 weeks later, after numerous e-mails and phone calls, the item was shipped. Whenever I called, I was given a rather cool reply that it was a problem with the manufacturer. At the last, I advised that if the item was not shipped within one week, I would cancel the order. Strangely, the item was shipped one day shy of a week! Then, the assembly instructions were not packed. When I called I was told they would be e-mailed to me that same day. That was six days ago, and I have not heard a word. Fortunately, a friend with some knowledge of assembly figured it out. Very, very poor customer service."
