"This experience was less than unsatisfactory. Not only did the order arrive later than expected, every time I tried to call to check on its status it would take several tries and variable wait times from 20 min. to 1hour. Then the order arrived WITHOUT hardware so I am trying to find hardware locally just to he able to use the furniture. When I attempted to call and order the replacement hardware I was given ZERO customer service and the standard answer of 2-4 additional weeks ONCE THE ORDER SHIPPED! Keep in mind it's two frame bolts! "

"Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Modern Furniture Warehouse. After researching and searching the internet for Adirondack chairs, I found just what I wanted (Highwood brand in Charleston Green) and at the best price at Modern Furniture Warehouse and they were delivered to my house in less than time than expected. They are described as "beach chairs", but they're the same height as all other Adirondacks. Very pleased."

"Personally I had a very difficult time. My order was placed on 8-7-14 and I could never get an accurate account of where my order was. I was told repeatedly my order had been shipped when it had not. I asked for the District Manager to call me and he did not. There was one lady in the CS department who was nice and understood my frustration. If finally arrived 3 1/2 weeks later!"
