"Not worth the aggrevation. Low level mechanics that do not think outside the box. The upper management at Monro though, does do a good job in following up with complaints. The trick though, is to not have the complaints to begin with.

Dirty and greasy pants and shirts do not mix well with my clean car seats. Can't figure out why they dont put something on the seats before they sit on them!!!! ???"

After service was completed (4 1/2 hours) I was then told the rebate and the coupon were the same thing, and was charged an additional $50. Later customer service of Monro stated that this bait & switch was perfectly legal.

I was emailed by Monro customer service about my issue, which I again explained. I was told I misread the ad and was directed to the online page, which had been changed (I do have an archived page of the original). It is this outright deceit that I found worse than the $50 scam. "
