The only negative about Monro was at the end the associate did not explain or go over what all they went over on my vehicle. Second negative would be I asked for a new air filter as it was part of the coupon I presented, but a new air filter was not put in.

"Will not return due to misrepresentation of work needed to be done. I was told battery was bad but had it tested and it checked good. Bearings were bad and told it would not be covered
by drive train warranty. My dealer said they would. Priced the bearings out at over $400 just for part. Found them on line for $50. NO Thanks"

"Person who greeted me at front desk seemed a complacent---both on the phone and in person (miguel). My last 2 oil changes there, I left and "inflate tires" light was on. Miguel was quick to dismiss my concern, but did check. BOTH times the tires DID need more air. The 2nd time, I was told my light needed time to reset; I believed them (never again). A week later, light was still on, so I returned. Sure enough, my tires needed air. Not cool---epsecially since I SPECIFICALLY told the service members---and I emphasized that I was a mom going on a long road trip alone w/my two under-age children!
No explanation in detail for service done; however, Miguel did state that my engine seems to be burning oil (which I appreciated).
A little leary of returning based on my last 2 visits for oil change. If I can't get exceptional service w/a simple oil change, how will I be treated during more complex car service? Some customer service fixes need to be made at this 'service' center.
