"Nine months and less than 3000 miles ago, one brake rotor was replaced and 3 rotors were resurfaced on my '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee by the same Monro shop. When the brake pulsation and vibration returned as before, I was told that the brake pads and rotors on all four wheels must be replaced (total charge $640) due to "rust in the grooves" of the rotors that could not be eliminated. Overall, an unsatisfactory original repair followed up by a much more expensive one. Time will tell on the quality of this most recent repair."
