"I am always very satisfied with the work that is done at my local Monro. The manager is great, the mechanics are great, and the shop is overall great. They do a great job of answering all of my questions. The prices are always low and I never have to worry after getting my vehicle repaired here. The only thing I would suggest is listing the prices of all the basic services online. Other repair shops do and it would be helpful. I wouldn't have to call every time to see the price of a service."

"I really enjoyed my visit! For the most part everyone was pleasant and my car was done before the time intially stated due to them not rotating my tires. According to the mechanic the wear on the front tires were better then the ones on the back, which at first wouldn't make sense but then again I roatate every 10K miles and he was aware of that base off of the wear on the tires. I thought that was great that he saw that and made the decission not to rotate them. Most mechanics would just do it and not even think twice about it. "

" I have been going to Monro for years and have always had great customer service and no issues. This time however I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated, which I responded "Isn't that part of the service I am paying for?" The cashier says to me that it is but it is only recommended every other time. I told him that I did indeed want it done. WEll, I realized that they did not rotate them after all when a few days later, I checked my tire pressure monitor on my car and the pressures were exactly the same as they had been. All were different pressures and all were exactly the same position on the car and the monitor. I do not feel they did what they were asked to and this upsets me."
