"I have no complaints regarding the actual work received at Monro, but i'm not happy regarding the price issue. I only stopped in Monro because I'd seen specials advertised on their website. I hadn't been in to have them service my vehicle in a long time. I should've went to Cole muffler or Kost. At least at Cole muffler they do work with you, and If your not agreeable on a price originally, don't worry the manager will be calling you by the time you get home and quote you a way cheaper price for everything you need to be taken care of on your vehicle. I'm not happy and I can probably say with certainty that I won't be returning to Monro."
