"Cody Johnson (I called haha) got me in right away, and fixed everything that another company should have seen when all the tires and rims were off! It probably cost me a little more too because the other company only had 1 REAL mechanic and he was off throughout the holidays! So by the time I got into Monro, everything was worse, I imagine; however, as soon as I drove it other the other's lot, I knew something was wrong, and I work from home, so I don't drive much!
It is so hard to find a reputable mechanic!!! We have been screwed over so many times because of me being a women and my husband being a white collar worker/air force brat; he is extremely brilliant, but not when it comes to fixing anything. So many times we have paid through the nose for mechanical work, only to find out later it could have been done at a faction of the cost, the work was never done, the part(s) never replaced, or oddly enough something else brakes down that we never had problems with, and they want us to pay for that as well!
I didn't feel that way at all with Monro. Cody knew we were in pain as both of our vehicles needed repair immediately after Christmas totally approximately $2700! And because of that, I think he went the extra mile to make sure that everything was working properly before we left, so we wouldn't have to come back again for the same issues. So thank you Cody and to the rest of the REAL mechanics at Monro! We won't be going anywhere else for our car repair needs!!!! "
