"I went to another shop down the road for 2 years before taking my vehicle to Monro Muffler at 6186 E. Livingston Ave, Reynoldsburg OH. Every time I would take my vehicle to this other shop the wait time would drastically increase, until the last time I waited 4 hours onsite for a minor repair. I decided then to look for other shops in the area and came across Monro. For an oil change, tire rotation, and filter replacement it took this shop less than 30 minutes. The other place I went would take at least an hour, so this made me extremely happy. Also, when I was waiting for my oil to be changed a man walked in who did not schedule an appointment. He expected to have his car in before mine because he was "in a hurry". The manager onsite, Kevin McFarland, told this man that I had an appointment and that his time was not more valuable than mine. He then said that he could get the vehicle in by the end of the day, but that he had another appointment scheduled within the next half hour and he would not inconvenience that person either by making them wait for this man's car to be repaired. I am extremely impressed by the loyalty that this team showed and will be using this store for all future repairs. "

"I've been using Monro for a several years. When I arrived at 12 noon, I was told my car could not be serviced at that time for the typical oil change/tire rotation. I made an appointment for 2:30 later that day. Came back a few minutes early. As I handed over my keys I made a point to ask that he please make sure my tires are rotated. I have suspected that they hadn't before at Monro as advertised. The man at the desk told me that my car would be done shortly. The wait area was empty, there didnt appear to be any problems or unusual busy activity. Instead of waiting in the wait area, my daughter picked me up and we had lunch down the street. I returned an hour later to find my car had just been brought into the garage. I unhappily sat down and waited for the service to be completed. The tech finished the oil change and was about to pull the car out of the garage without rotating the tires. I opened the door and yelled over that the tires needed still to be rotated. He said there wasn't sufficient wear and didn't need a rotation. I insisted. I later asked the tech if the desk manager told him that I specifically requested that he make sure it was done. The tech said, "sorry, no". It is my sense that the tech is mistreated and mismanaged. The reason I use Monro is because of the advertised deal of a tire rotation. It seems that it's common practice that this service is not provided while customers are unaware. I do not like the feeling of mistrust, it makes me wonder if everything was done correctly and safely. I feel misled and mistreated. "
