"Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Didn’t tighten lug nuts. Ruined my aluminum wheel and caused me to have to get a chrysler dealer to service my jeep. "
"It was horrible. I had gone 2 get my tires replaced. THe service included all services. Apparently one of the TPMS sensors were not functioning. So the technician said me he weill get it fixed which will cost 140 dollars. I will not get it done now but some other time. He then changed the tires and returned to me without any wheel alignment. Instead mentioned in the bill as i have declined for wheel alignment which i never did. I had declined TPMS sensor replacement.
When i questined him, he said it is not required unless your wheel is dragging. I believed him and left. And after driving for a day , i went back saying that the car is not stable and i think wheel alignment is needed.
So he then checked car and said that tire rods are bad and needs another 1000 dollar of replacement.
How can the tire rod end will be changed in just one day as they were working fine earlier?
Why they did not tell me at first when the tires were getting changed. I would have not got the tire replacement at that point?
Why was i told no wheel balancing is needed when no other technician advices to not perform wheel balancing once the wheels have been remounted.
I had to visit other center and spend extra money to get it fixed and without changing any Tire Rod Ends.
