"The best thing that I can relate about my experience with Montway is that eventually, my car was delivered undamaged. Otherwise it was a very frustrating 9 days of missed delivery dates, poor or erroneous communication from Montway customer service staff and a driver who apparently had difficulty driving more than 200 miles on any given day. Further the driver was apparently using celestial navigation as he seemed unable to determine a navigable course in the daylight.
All-in-all not a stellar auto shipping experience.

Update in response to Montway reply. On 28 July 2013 I was contacted by Kathy at Montway Customer Service. She had little interest in the reason for my posting a negative review (poor customer service and no communication from driver), but was very interested in offering me a $50.00 "refund" in exchange for my signing a waiver agreeing not to "post negative reviews on the internet or any other media for the aforementioned company or complain against them with any government or customer protection agencies." (Paragraph 6) I chose to decline that offer. I will never do business with this company again and wish no further contact from Montway representatives. "

"Bought a car down in Florida and had it shipped to Omaha, Ne. Montway got it assigned to a carrier within a day or two. Overall a great experience. Only thing I would have liked to see done differently was a little more communication via telephone. I had to call the driver the day of the estimated delivery to find out what the status was on it (would have been nice for them to fill me in before that). I feel confident saying that I would use Montway again though."
