Customer service was very good although it was hard to get any direct contact with the driver and once I did, hard to get any straight answers out of him. I was also very pleased the driver spoke "clear" English for once and showed up a day earlier than I expected. "Montway was very easy to deal with from start to finish in our cross-country move of two vehicles. I did a LOT of research to find a reputable company and was happy to see their high BBB rating. I was able to chat online for quite a while with a representative up front to get more information, though I had no problem reaching them when I needed to via subsequent phone calls or email. They provided very good customer service.

The carrier they contracted met the dates they set for me for pickup and drop-off of my two vehicles and the drivers were courteous and professional. They were able to accommodate my last-minute pickup date change with no issues. Our cars were on an open transporter, but other than a little road grime they showed up in the same condition in which they were sent off.

Montway's prices were among the lowest from all the quotes I sought and there were no surprises, hidden fees, changes from the quote, etc. I'd highly recommend their service to anyone else."
