I called Montway after seeing their company listed online. I talked to Sam and within a couple of hours he had a carrier for me. "In summary, I had a great experience with the transport of my newly-purchased ’32 Chevy Coupe from Phoenix, AZ to Mount Airy, NC. I contacted Montway Auto Transport on March 13, 2013 via telephone and spoke with Kate P. to arrange the transportation of this vehicle. Kate was very pleasant, helpful and professional. After quickly making the arrangements for transport, PBC Express was assigned the job a few days later. Chris from PBC Express in Phoenix, AZ promptly contacted me. Chris made arrangements with the previous owner of the car to pick it up on Saturday (3/17/13). This was even earlier than originally expected. Chris contacted me via telephone and text on a number of occasions to keep me updated on his progress across country and his expected arrival time/date with the car.

I took delivery of the car on the morning of Saturday (3/23/13). That is, the car was transported in one week from Phoenix, AZ to Mount Airy, NC. This is great service. There was no damage to the car during shipment and it looked great. I was very impressed with the service provided by Montway Auto Transport and PBC Express. I plan to use Montway Auto Transport and PBC Express again in the future when I require auto transport services.

"I had never shipped a vehicle before, read the reviews and their ratings assisted me in the decision to ship. However, the original hauler changed the date a few times then cancelled and the pick up point was leaving out of town and I was unsure if I would be getting my truck. I wrote Montway Auto via email, and they were able to resolve my concerns that day. However, I will never ship a vehicle again, too much of a waiting game. "
