I was pleased with Badri, the driver from Avanti Auto Transport. He communicated to me the exact date and time of pick-up in a timely fashion and throughout the entire travel of my vehicle. My pick-up date in California was 9/5/12 and my Jeep was delivered in Ohio on 9/10/12 in the morning. I was not available for the drop-off, but my dad was and the entire process went flawlessly. I would definitely select Montway Auto Transport in the future and recommend them to family/frends.

"I shipped a Prius from Madison Wisconsin to San Diego California on August 28, 2012. It arrived on September 2 and I was able to pick it up within 2.5 hours of my arrival in San Diego. Coordination through the dispatcher insured that we found an appropriately sized and convenient area which to offload the vehicle. Within 15 minutes of meeting the driver I had the car in my possession and I was on my way. The car was in good shape and completely free of any shipping induced damage. Overall a very pleasant experience with both the dispatcher and driver. I could not have asked for better timing of pickup AND delivery"

"Worst experience. They told more money then what was quoted on the website. The driver of the truck gave me a difficult time to deliver my vehicle. First they told to come and collect it 40 miles way and said no driver there to deliver the car. They kept the car for 2 full days after it came to destination city since driver was not there. Lastly i called the driver who was about to deliver the car after 3 days but he delay for ever and said i will come and deliver at 12.00 am mid night which i said no since i cannot be awake till that time. He then called me and delivered the vehicle in morning 6.00 am. This was horrible experience, I moved to 8 states all my life and never had this kind of issues. "
