"Shipped my Corolla from Cincinnati to Santa Ana, CA. Booking process was smooth with lowest quote amongst available options online. After booking Car was picked in 3 days and delivered in 3 more days. Thus total of 6 days from start to end. Driver was nice and helpful. He called me before pickup and delivery. The only problem, which might be crucial for others is timing. I requested them not to deliver before a certain date and it did not happen. Fortunately, I had someone to pick up the car on the day. It worked well for me in the end. Overall good experience without any worries. 4 stars only because of dates !"

"I was satisfied with the service provided. I paid $690 for my car to be shipped from Charlotte, NC to Austin, TX. The gave me a 4-5 day window to have the car picked up and the timing worked out well. I received my car on the estimated date of delivery. The driver did give me an incorrect estimate on the exact time of delivery (5 hours off) but it didn't cause much of a problem. My car had no damage and overall I thought it was a pleasant experience."

"Even though I was nervous picking an auto transporter, I am so glad I chose Montway. Their pricing was the best and they did everything they said they would. My car arrived on time as promised. Any problems that came up were as a result of the address I provided for the drop off location.The driver was unable to drive his truck on such a small road so we had to meet somewhere else and I got lost finding him because I was on foot. The driver, however, was very patient with me. Otherwise, everything went according to plan and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you, Montway."

"I highly recommend Montway Auto Transport and would use them again in the future. Their pricing was very reasonable and having an instant quote calculator made it quick and easy to get an estimate without being badgered by endless emails and phone calls from multiple brokers.

Their customer service was wonderful and they easily found a different driver after our first one declined to transport our vehicle because we had items in the trunk. The transporter they chose was courteous and FAST!

The only negative about their customer service is they are only open during normal business hours but they give you the option of leaving a voicemail or email and their response is prompt.

"I had a bad experience with these guys. I gave a time frame of 4 days and he was fine with that earlier. But when the date came closer, he started saying maybe he will be able to pick up. Then he said they don't guarantee the pickup. Why would one pay for a service which is intermittent. I rather chose to drive myself."
