"Montway did a great job handling my car and processing all the necessary information. The pickup date was supposed to be Monday, August 27, 2012 and the driver picked the car up the previous day, which caused a bit of conflict with the driver and my parents who brought the vehicle to be loaded onto the truck. Andre did a great job, but he was a bit rude to my parents picking up the vehicle and arrived 2 days early. My grandma had to pick the car up from being delivered at 1:30am which was a bit of an inconvenience. "

"The whole process went smooth. Customer service emailed updates on the status of shipment when car was dispatched, picked up, and delivered. They used another company for the actual shipment, but that was also good. Truck driver called few hours before pick up and the morning of the delivery. It took only two business days from Raleigh NC to Florida. Price was also very reasonable. I am happy with how it went."

"Montway Transport promised and delivered promptly as promised. They initially give you an estimated time of pick-up and arrival and it was accurate. Their communication is great and the carrier called us 4 times to let us know where they were and when they were going to deliver. The car came on time with no problems or damage.

The only thing that they need to work on is the payment. I wish there is a way it can be paid all online instead of making payment to the carrier. Other than that, I would highly recommend Montway to ship your car. "
