"I decided to have my car shipped from Las Vegas to Baton Rouge, LA by Montway after reading all the great reviews on yelp. I was nervous because i needed to have my car there on 8/9/2016 (thats the day i was to arrive). Booked the reservation for my car to be scheduled for pick up on 8/1/2016 to ensure a timely delivery. On 8/2/2016 i decided to call montway when i did not hear from them. In any case they booked it for 9 /1/2016 as opposed to 8/1/2016. The rep from Montway told me not to worry he would fix it. On 8/4 i called and Montway reassured that they are working on getting a driver and not to worry. My nerves was wrecked because i was not certain that my car would still arrive on time. On 8/5/2016 i decided if there is no driver assigned that i would cancel. As soon as i made the thought my phone rung and it was Montway informing me that they assigned a driver. I received a email confirmation with the driver information. I spoke with the driver and he informed me that he would be there the following morning at 8am to pick my vehicle up. The driver arrived the next morning on time. He assured me that ny car will still make it to Baton Rouge on 8/9/16. The driver was very friendly and accomodating. The driver called a day before on 8/8/16 and informed me that he was 6 hours away and asked what time my flight would be in the following day. We made arrangements on where to meet. The following day 8/9/16 my flight was delayed by a couple of hours. He told me no problem and we pushed the meeting time back by 2 hours. When i arrived he had already dismounted my car and turned the air conditioner on for me. All i had to do was pay him and sign a document. I was so happy with the customer service i received. I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again. "

Texted transporter while in transit, and provided status and location. My car arrived within timeframe. Brokerage fee is too high at 34% of the total transportation cost."
