Compared to the other company we initially contacted, your company was a breath of fresh air. It should be noted to those who are reading the reviews that most updates come via email. So make sure that the email you give is one you can count on.

In our case, I didn't give a reliable email address and the notification that our vehicle was going to be picked up never arrived. SO we were left thinking, the company just didn't notify us.

But I do think the company should have a check and balance in place in the event the notification email gets lost, finds its way to spam or they get the wrong email address.Have someone call. Or since you're automating things, have your system send a text message to the customer phone number or automate a phone call.

Otherwise, super service. Cost us just under $1400 to ship a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 chassis from Seattle, WA to La Grange, IL (Chicago area).

But they don't require a deposit until they find you a driver (most other companies do and then keep a large chunk of your deposit (35% in some cases) if they can't find a driver at the rate they quoted you).

Bottom Line: I'd recommend them wholeheartedly, especially knowing what I know now."
