"I used Montway to transport my 1966 mustang from San Jose, CA to Spokane, WA. While they weren't the lowest quote i received, I'm happy to report the process was smooth and pickup/delivery went without a hitch. Customer Service was very responsive and answered all my questions prior to pickup and during transit. Expect about 5-7 days for your assigned trucker to make actual pickup and verify trucker has adequate cargo insurance depending on the value of your vehicle. Overall, I am very pleased with how everything was handled from pickup to drop off. Based on my experience, I can honestly say Montway has earned my future business should i ever need to transport another vehicle.

"Excellent service! I placed my order online and it was scheduled in just 2 hours. The order was scheduled on 6/23, my car was picked up on 6/24, and delivered on 6/25. That was one full day ahead of the estimated arrival date. They transported my car 1,000 miles in just 24 hours! My transport was handled by Elite Motor Lines and they were excellent. They called 7 hours before arrival and then again about one hour before arrival. The driver (George) and his partner were very polite and careful unloading my car. No issues or problems at all. I see why Montway has an A+ rating with BBB. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Just informing consumers that If there is a problem Montway will not stand behind their promises.I transferred a leased Lexus from NJ. Car pick up and deliver was timely , no damage, how ever one key missing. . I was offered $100 for removal of review . Lexus invoice is approximately $395 for key parts and programming.When brought to their attention Montway started making excuses like the inspection report I provided had picture of one key only,They needed further proof of two keys, "leased cars come with one key only" etc. So do hire this company but hope that when they deliver your care there are no issues because they will not be resolved"

"they promised to pick up to my cars from Florida to California. They never showed and I think they quoted it so low that no trucker would take the load. I think this company is a bait and switch company. I think they have a five star rating because they've hired a company that does nothing but give them good ratings. The customer service doesn't care about any problems you may have. The owners too busy to get on the phone and respond ,or he knows all these problems and doesn't really care.I blame myself for trusting their salespeople and their five star rating. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else."

"TERRIBLE. They bid a low price to get my business then after three weeks and countless phone calls they tell me they can't get it done at the price they promised, suggesting more money would make it work.

I wrote a bad review and Montway offered me an incentive to remove the review. When I wouldn't remove it they said the car would take at least another three weeks. Needless to say I moved on to a different carrier and had none of those problems moving forward. "
