Every one of my questions was attended to immediately, both via telephone and e-mail. The pricing was as expected (mid-range in comparison to the other companies I called). The most outstanding aspect of this experience was the truck driver who stayed in touch with my via cell phone and came exactly at the time we agreeed on (pick-up 12/6/2013 and delivery 5 days later). "I called MANY auto transport companies, as this was my first time to have a vehicle shipped to me. 90% of the many companies I called were extremely PUSHY, which led to them being extremely rude! "After all the scary stuff I'd read about sketchy car transport brokers, I decided to pay a little extra for montway in light of their glowing reviews. Money well spent! My experience was perfect. I asked for December 2, and the driver was there, actually a little bit early. Then, to my astonishment, he crossed the country in under a week. The driver picked up my car Monday evening and then I received it Saturday morning! I actually saved some money because I was able to return my rental car early. The whole experience was ideal. Maybe I was lucky, but I'm glad I dealt with montway."

"This was my first time transporting a car and I was nervous since I have heard so many horrible stories . After much research on the internet, I decided to give Montway Auto Transport a try. I booked a transport in October. However, due to change of plans I have to cancel the order. I was really pleased to receive my $199.- refund within an hour after I sent in my cancellation request by email.

"I recently shipped a brand new 2013 Avalanche from a Chevy dealer in Tulsa, OK to just West of Philadelphia, PA. using Montway Auto Transport. I researched all of the transport review websites carefully. Called transport companies, got quotes, etc. I decided I wanted to have it hauled in an enclosed transport because it was brand new, not a mark on it and the weather between here and there is never reliable. In the end, I found that Montway's reviews were as good or better than any other company (especially recent reviews, which I felt were most valuable for any carrier). I called Montway after after getting an online quote (around $1,400) that was easily $400 cheaper than the lowest I had received. I had one quote for the same route that was over $2,500 and they were "too busy" until mid to late January due to the auctions out West. The rep I spoke with at Montway was great, he took his time explaining everything and I just felt comfortable making the decision right then and there to move forward. That was Noon on Monday the 2nd. By Thursday the 5th, the transport was at the dealer picking up my Avalanche and by Noon on Saturday the 9th, it was in the parking lot for me to inspect! Keep in mind, the night they picked it up was in the middle of a severe snow/ice storm that they had to drive through the entire night and the next day. The driver called me the night before delivery with an update and estimated time for delivery the next day and we worked out an easy place for him to unload near our house. I am very pleased with the service and would certainly recommend using them. I will certainly use them again should I ever need a vehicle shipped. Good luck!"
