"What a joke! SCAM SCAM SCAM. They sent me the wrong part and are now demanding I pay more than $50 to ship it back and they will only refund me 85% of my purchase price for a mistake THEY made!!!! Check the BBB FOR Lakeland Motors. Thats who runs that site."

"They sat on three, small, in-stock items for almost five business days. It took 2 business day for my order to be marked "received" for an ONLINE order. Then, after charging me $19.95 for shipping, they sent it overnight and then I had to pay the post office delivery carrier another $9.70 in postage due.

So, instead of putting any attention on getting this order fulfilled up front, the feeling I got as a customer was, we'll sit on it for the absolute longest time we can without actually doing anything. Then, we'll panic to make it seem like we paid attention to the order and send it priority overnight .... but you, the customer will pay for it.

During the time between placing this order, and receiving it, I put in a special order through another auto parts company that was NOT in stock. I placed this special order two days after placing this order. I did not pay for any expedited shipping or handling. I received this special order the day before I received my order form MoparOverstock.

Online order of an in-stock part should never be this problematic. Nor should I have to pay $19.95+$9.70 = $29.65 - almost 50% of the cost of my parts, in order to make my order seem timely when the supplier sat on it for five business days before actually performing the pick-ship. Ecommerce has come way too far for there to be ANY excuse for how this was handled, and then making me pay for it. "
