"I placed two orders and then realized that their shopping cart program had not deleted the first item from the first order and it subsequently got reordered in the second order. I contacted them and asked them to void out (and return the $) from the first order and only honor the second. Instead, they refunded part of the second order (which was less than the first order) and then never sent me the one thing I had ordered twice. I opened a paypal claim on 11/5 and as of right now, they have yet to even respond."
