Called and asked for return/exchange, CSR refused against Return/Refund Policy clearly stated on their website. The website is part of Addy's Dodge in Myrtle Beach, SC. Called the separate dealer parts department and confirm actual replacement part number and that he would talked to the separate website parts division. Never heard back forced to pursue other avenues of resolution including BBB complaint, FCA case, and credit card dispute. What an unpleasant hassle because of the failure in providing exceptional customer service, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, AVOID THE HASSLE AND AGGRAVATION! "
