"Colors used by morningprint are not accurate. I just received business cards that did not match what I requested. No refunds. All sales final. No customer service. Also, with other online printing sites, I see an option to look at final product in a pdf format before ordering to ensue everything is the way items will be printed. NOT HERE. You upload and order. No human involvement. Sad. The card stock is nice but printing is not so accurate at all. "

We own a Heating and Cooling company and these cards have garnered lots of attention...they are unique and people always comment on them when we pass them out. Customer Service was great and I was able to take advantage of a sale on my last order.

"I regretfully have to issue a warning about MorningPrint: they are not using accurate base CMYK inks. I confirmed this with customer service, they sent a photo demonstrating the difference between "their" Cyan and true Pantone Cyan. Gang run printing carries a risk of color shifts, but their base inks have to at least be *close* to the proper CMYK tones, otherwise designers have no chance of matching colors/designs. "

"Business cards on Heavy Silk Matte, double sides with black and white on back.
Minus: - 1) The blacks seem to not to be rich black, (more of a graphite black).
2) Design has to be flattened or the fonts outlined, as they fear font conflicts on their side. Fonts properly embedded in PDF should actually contain all the font information, so that outlining should not be necessary. However, the process was not an issue, because Adobe InDesign does a really good job.
PLUS: 1) very good communication before, during and after the print job (They even found a flaw in my design before it went to print)
2) job was done fast and arrived as advertised
3) Print job was of good, satisfying quality.
I thought this was all very good value for your money."

"I ordered cards from them. Shared several emails with someone on their team. When I received the cards they were not quality at all. They were cheap, very thin plastic cards when they were supposed to be quality plastic cards. Their customer service department only offered me a 15% discount on a new order. What kind of customer service is that? Stay away from them and order from a quality company who stands behind their products. "

"I have used morning print twice in the past with no issues and quick delivery - however, my review/complaint is regarding their customer service. I made the mistake of uploading the wrong file and in their "refund policy" it states that anything that has not gone into printing can be cancelled.. Well I emailed 3 times and attempted to call.. But of course the phone number for them doesnt work.. Suprise. So now it shows that my order is in the process of printing.. Well great! I would send them an email to throw it out but i bet they wouldnt get that either.. Theres a waste of $50. Morning print's website was easy, completely user friendly. I had one issue and emailed customer service, I got an immediate response that was thorough and solved the problem. "This is my second order from Morning Print. Both times have been a great experience. On my second order I was having trouble getting my original artwork uploaded. They were quick to respond to my emails. I had a show to do in one week and was worried I would not get the business cards in time. After finally getting my artwork uploaded I knew they would not arrive on time. However, the person that I emailed must have helped me out because my cards arrived in time for the show. The cards look great, I love the plastic. It's thin but tough and the colors were spot on. I had great customer service experience!"

"I ordered some simple business cards on heavy linen paper on 18 May. They arrived in New Zealand on 23rd May, surprisingly quickly.

The cards are well printed, well trimmed, flat, straight, and overall look good. The only thing that isn't perfect is the heavy linen card is much lighter than I expected, with less texture than is shown online. They also don't seem to send email notification of any kind, generally stores acknowledge your order and let you know when it ships.

I was hesitant to order from them after the reviews on here, but because they were so cheap and I could always do a credit card chargeback I figured what the heck. I'm happy I did. Anywhere else I found would've been more than twice the price, and locally more like triple or more.

I would order from Morning Print again."

"BEWARE!

I received cards that are
(i)badly bent so that they curve up like a out-of-shape paraboloid when laid on table, and
(ii)badly trimmed such that printed color card edges come off intermittently, revealing uneven streaks of white (i.e., paper stock color), and
(iii)have round corners that are kind of faceted instead of smooth.

Specs: Heavy Nouveau Paper, Full-color double-sided, Raised Ink(single-sided), Rounded Corners.

This is not a big deal. I was disappointed but not angry.

All I asked for was for their reassurance that (i) and (ii) are glitches and will not occur for future prints, or that they are limitations due to selected stock and finishing options.
If it is the latter, I asked for suggestions on alternative card stock so that such artifacts will not occur, and also requested that such limitations should be written on the website.

The reason why I am writing now is solely because of the Horrifying Customer Service that kept insisting that there was no technical error on their part.
Asked me to recheck my print files (which are perfectly alright and verified by them before print).
Finally admitted that the card bending could be due to high temperature during the Raised Ink process, and attributed the bad trim to the fact that I am doing full color prints on both sides.
In the end, they still insisted that these are not technical errors on their part and refuse to satisfy the basic [All I ask for] request as detailed above."

"I received my engagement invitations and I am beyond impressed with what I've received. I ordered a 4 x 6 postcard on their Heavy Linen with a glossy gold foil on the front side with small heavy linen business cards for RSVP cards. I'm a designer and designed them myself and I have to say, the quality of both the paper and the foil are beautiful. I've handed out the invites to a few family members and they all love them! I can't wait to print my wedding invites with them. I got a sample kit which was awesome because I was torn between a few different stocks but one of the representatives kindly sent me a kit to help me select a stock. The pricing is great, the turnaround is great, the product is great. I will be using MorningPrint on the regular for my clients and for my personal projects!"

"There's some negative feedback on here and some positive. I frankly don't know what the negative feedbackers are going on about. I've ordered from Morning Print twice, and both times they've come through. This latest order is, honestly, amazing.

I got gold leaf for my large centered logo on their cheapest white stock with black text for contact data. There were no alignment shifts, and the gold leaf looks strikingly like my 18k rose gold rhodium-coated collegiate class ring. Amazing gold effect. While I got the cheapest paper stock to cut costs, the cards still look and feel dignified. The feel is modern and slick, which goes with my brand identity.

I've never done plastic cards, and cannot speak to that process, but the paper card process with Morning Print is nothing but excellent.

As for my data, I uploaded PNG files for my full front, foiling and printing templates. I did not outline my text as per instructions but that didn't seem to be a problem. I also built my templates off of Morning Print's downloadable PSD files which indicate their safe margins, etc. I'm by no means a graphic designer, but I am fairly qualified in Photoshop, so I can't speak to the company's design services as I always upload my own templates.

Yes, as some have indicated, they seem to ship DHL from South Korea; but unless you're a racist, I don't see why there's a problem with that. Their shipping takes usually 2 days from printing, with a total turnaround time of usually 5 days.

Bottom line: great cards, great price."
