The quality of the cards look GREAT on the website...but when you actually get the product ...it looks NOTHING like the real thing...it is a terrible product and cards look CHEAP. The lettering of my cards was off and the entire print was shifted by several millimeters. I contacted the company and rather than admitting the mistake they told me I am wrong and would not do anything to correct the issue. I am disappointed and I wasted my money. Realize one thing MorningPrint exec...the customer is always right! I will not buy from you ever again. BEWARE of the products and FALSE advertising. "

I had no complaints at all with my order. I do my own design. layout and file creation. The design is simple and mostly forgiving of printing errors, but the border is relatively thin and full bleed.

The printing variations were well within standards I would expect from a boutique house. Thin lines were crisp and clean, registration was excellent under a 10x loupe.

Ordering was painless and delivery was fast for international shipping.

I'm not sure why an earlier reviewer was surprised there was no aluminum on his cards, this company does not do Pantone and no specialty colors except gold or silver (which are relatively expensive.) CMYK is all they claim and CMYK is what you get.

While there are language issues with English it didn't hamper my order. I suggested to them that they have mixed up the nomenclature of the plastic card stock. Besides the Gold and Silver specialty cards, they offer four stock cards: The 50% screen white on back, which they call "opaque" but is really "translucent." The same with a clear border, and "clear" which is actually "Transparent." None of these can be printed on both sides. Finally they have what they call "White" which is really "Opaque." They also offer a "clear" card with 50% white backing only where desired.

None of this is too difficult to figure out from the pictures and descriptions on the site.

They refused to reprint and refused to fulfill a refund even though they admitted the submitted artwork does not look like the business cards I received. 110% do NOT recommend."

"When I've done my order, I've done some errors in the files for the plastic cards and stickers. They contact me to be sure I wanted to process or correct my files. After I've done the changes & re-send the files, process & shipping were very fast, even it was during holidays. When I received the cards & stickers the result was soooo perfect & I'm very perfectionist... nothing bad to say about my order. I will do some business with them again, that's for sure.

"I used to be a fan when they first started. Their customer service was amazing. I guess now that they are more established, they don't care for their loyal customers. I printed plastic cards with them, over $120 dollars. The whole 1000 cards were shifted by 3mm....all perfectly shifted by that much. I checked my file and it wasn't my design.

So I contacted them to ask if someone can please watch the reprint. I would pay for another batch but I wanted to make sure they'd turn out good. I'm a graphic designer and I can't have misaligned cards. Basically they told me 3mm shifting is normal. Read the rules. And, no one is going to watch the print. Then they blamed my design, which by the way had no borders. Just a centered logo. I just wanted to make sure that if I reprint, basically spend just under $300 bucks, that my cards would turn out good.

This was not the first time this happened. I had other previous orders that were crooked but since there was less than 100/1000, I ignored it. Now we're talking whole batches. They don't care for your business. They don't care how long you've been with them.

Their responses are all copied and pasted.

"Ordered clear plastic business cards from this Korean printing service. They say they are have facilities in the US but rest assured it definitely will come from Korea. After 4 emails just to get the order placed, what you get is NOT what you ordered.
First off the examples they show have solid opaque print and are edgeless. Meaning the printing will extend to the edge with no border. The cards were indeed transparent along with all the printing on them. Part of my design I made had brushed aluminum, there was not one drop of silver on the card at all. And of course there is a significant border. It looks as they used the minimum amount of ink to get the job done. They did specify no white, so I guess this means your printing will be transparent?
I asked direct questions and they never addressed them. (BIG RED FLAG) They DO NOT DO REFUNDS! As I initially ordered the transparent white business cards. But they told me that stock was in fact opaque! Once again, not what they showed on the examples on their pages. Since the clear stock was cheaper, they refuse to refund difference. They give you credit for next job. But since you already learned they are NOT the company to deal with, it's too late. They are the cheapest on the net, but to what extent are you willing to try. I would suggest to avoid this company all together. There is plenty more US based printers that will do a better job without the hassle and disappointment. I contacted them to see if they could rectify the problem and was informed "At this time, it is not possible to re-print for your order." "
