"I have ordered from this company in the past and had no problems with my orders, although I thought their delivery times were rather slow (3-4wks). I have not received my last order placed in 10/2011. Two emails to their "customer service" have gone unanswered I did fine a NY phone number and was able to leave a message after several attempts. I am disputing the charge, (which
promptly posted on my Discover statement). I found this company originally thru ebates.com and am posting there the poor service I've received."

"TERRIBLE! I placed an order in August 2011, and received three items: two tiny bars of soap and a tiny jar of pills - they were sent in two HUGE boxes. (What an unnecessary waste to the environment and of the company's money - no wonder they seem to be going under!) The rest of my items were back ordered. After waiting three months, I requested to cancel the backordered items and be refunded. Since then, I have sent four additional requests to customer service and have received no refund. Does anyone know if there's still a way to dispute a charge back from August with my credit card? "

"I've bought things form MotherNature in the past and ZERO problem. There's evidently a big problem now, 2-2-12. No order delivery, no response to emails, and no luck on their phone number. I hope they're still in business but it's not looking good."

"MotherNature is a horrible company and should not be allowed to do business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. I placed an order on November 23 and it still has not been received. I was charged for this order. I have emailed the company multiple times, with no response, even though the website and phone number (which directs you back to the website) says emails will be addressed in 1 business day. I filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau and have not had a response from them either. I finally went to my credit card company to get the refund. The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn't give lower."

"I have had an issue getting a refund since Aug 2011. I have used their "contact us" (which is the only way to contact them since the phone # refers you back to this) for the past 4 months with no resolution. I contacted the better Business bureau to make a complaint and this is the response I received:
Unfortunately, BBB was not able to process complaint #8874440 because BBB does not have a valid mailing address, the business is out of business or the business has filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
I have tried to find a physical address for them and have been unsuccessful.
Has anyone else had any luck in making a complaint to an outside agency so they can be investigated?"

"Sounds like a good place to shop, but my order was never fulfilled, never shipped (and never charged). They refuse to reply to any of my email requests to cancel the order, so I'm assuming they just won't suddenly ship it."

"I placed an order on October 2, 2011, for six items, all of which were shown to be "in stock." Now, nearly 4 months later, three of the six items are still nowhere to be found, and the store website provides no info on their status.

The "Help Desk" did responded 22 days after my initial inquiry, claiming to have sent a cancellation request to the warehouse. It's been almost two months since, and still no products, no refund.

Phone only plays a recording and does not even allow callers to leave messages. Help Desk is extremely unresponsive. It's astounding that this company can exist. Wish i had looked up reviews before ordering from them..."

We are now past middle of January and the products ordered and paid for have still never been shipped. Do NOT order from them unless you want to donate money to them, not get your product and have to hassle to get your money back. "MotherNature.com is a rip-off. I ordered from them Express mail and my order never came. they have a bogus Phone # and its the same number as PlanetRX.com. Hummmm. they also will never answer email or other attempts at contacting them. MotherNature.com is not affiliated with or allowed to post the LOGO's like NexTage, PriceGrabber.com or others Natural Products Ass, Retail Council of NY. on there site. but they do... its a scam. MotherNature.com is under allegations of being charged in Tort laws of bussiness violations. by the way you can check PriceGrabber.com review of MotherNature.com and find out to that they are no good."
