"This is the absolute worst online store I've ever dealt with. I placed an order in August for 2 items. Both said they were in stock on the website. I finally received one item in late September. The packing slip indicated the other item would ship in early October. It is now December and I still have not received the second item. I've tried contacting them on the website and haven't received any response about the second item missing. My credit card was charged when the order was placed. I would NEVER order from them again and am warning everyone else not to."

"Ordered a product (advertised as "available now" on 10/12/11. Mothernature.com took $49.09 from my bank account on 10/13/11. Although they are still advertising this product as "available now", they have not shipped. You cannot reach them by telephone. You get a recorded msg that refers you to their website. They do not respond promptly, if at all, to e-mails. They claimed they couldn't ship, but also couldn't cancel the order. They finally agreed to refund my money but claim that it may take an additional 2 months for me to get the refund "depending upon how quickly my bank processes. I still have no refund. I have had to contact the New York Dept of Consumer Affairs for assistance. They are investigating too and still no product, no refund. "
"It looks like I am suffering from the same problems as the rest of Mothernature.com customers. This is a fraudulent company and what they are doing should me stopped. I am trying to get my money back but the prospects of that happening are not very good. Fancy website does not mean the company is legit."

I have left 5 messages online with them, yes, online because they do not have a customer service department that handles accounts apparently! You CANNOT even call the company, they refer you through a recorded message to email them and include your phone number. There was a post on this review site that mentioned if you call their 800 number you can use extension 300 to get a hold of some angry man when says he will refund you, well, I just tried that and end up speaking to "Peggy" who tells you to call that extension even though you just did and you get NO WHERE! SOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!! You can't even cancel the order unless you receive the products! I want my money back so I can purchase these items from somewhere else."

"I placed an order on Veteran's Day and got the 20% off, but I just received an e-mail a few days ago, stating that my credit card didn't go through? The only way it wouldn't have gone through is if I punched it in wrong. They gave me a link to go to my cart to put the info in again, but my cart was empty. If I fill it again, I won't get the discount. They were also notifying me of this 1-1/2 weeks after the order went through?
I went to contact their customer service, but apparently the only way you can do it is by e-mail and when I submitted my problem to them, it stated that it would take 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS to get back to me. It's already been 2 weeks since I put the order in and I really needed a few of the items.
I will reserve my judgement to see how this will turn out, but this place really needs to have a way to talk to the customer service department either by phone or instantly online. I'm not sure I'll risk another order."
"I placed an order on 10/30/11 with mothernature.com and they charged my credit card on 10/31/11. All of the items I ordered were listed as available to ship on their website. After waiting 2 weeks, I went online and attempted to contact the company to inquire about my order. I submitted 2 correspondence and received no reply. I then attempted to call the company but was informed that the only way to get information about a current order was to submit the form online. I then requested that my order be cancelled and received no reply. At that point, I attempted to call again and learned the extension to speak with someone about my order (1-***-***-**** extension 300). After a long wait, I spoke with an extremely rude man who said he would refund my money in 2 weeks. If my money is not refunded I will be completing the dispute with my credit card company (I need to wait 15 days from the initial cancellation request before completing the request). The man I spoke with today informed me that although items are listed as available to ship, everything is special order and takes about 2 weeks to ship (their website says items to arrive within 3-14 days). I will never deal with this company again."

I ordered some product from this website Oct 26, at the time it was showing in stock, and i never got my stuff from them, they charged my account quickly after i ordered. I never recieved any product from them, i had to go throught credit charge refund. still waiting to get my money back from them. they dont have any customer service whom you can talk to on the phone, they dont answer to any emails. they simply charge people's accounts and take away your money... if you ve left your credit details there, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR CARD!!"
"Ordered three items early September. The items showed 'in stock' but at soon as I completed the order I received automated messages that they were out of stock. Two items finally arrived 6 weeks (!)later. The last item never arrived. No response at all to several e-mails I sent. No refund for the last, unsent item. I finally had to file a credit card charge back for the last item.I believe they are completely disorganized and/or heading for bancruptcy. In either case they are cheating buyers. Would NOT recommend and would NOT buy from again, in fact save yourself a lot of pain and STAY AWAY, PLEASE."

Under no circumstance should you order from this company, it is a total SCAM. They billed my credit card for products they don't have in stock,I emailed an inquiry 2 weeks later and no response when i called to check up they hung up on me 3 times and when i requested a cancellation on the 4th call he said it would take 2 weeks to issue a credit which i have not yet seen and then just hung up.
There are hundreds of similar reviews about this company....STAY AWAY
