"I have ordered with the company in the past and have had no problems. Now, they are not shipping my order, they do not respond to emails, their customer service phone cut me off after holding for over 30 minutes, and there is no way to cancel an order. I have now turned this over to my credit card company. I will not do business with the company again."

"MotherNature is the worst company I've dealt with on the internet. They billed my credit card immediately for my order I placed Oct 2011 and now two months later they have yet to ship my order. Additionally, they made no correspondence to my email address on billing my credit card OR receiving my order. The only way for me to contact them was through their website, and they didn't respond. Finally I decided to work through my credit card company for a refund and the very next day MotherNature said they would put in my original request for a refund but I should expect it to take up to two billing cycles for it to appear! And they said they canceled my order but the website status is now shipped! This company sure appears to be very fraudulant. Thank goodness for credit card company protection."

"Missing products in shipment that showed on the shipment invoice as if they had been shipped. No answers to inquiries made about the missing items from company. Horrible! also, made an order on Oct. 21st that never shipped and am still waiting on refund. it's important to get this information out there."

"DO NOT USE! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and there is an alert on the BBB site saying the company is no longer in business - so I suspect I am stuck with a credit card charge for an item I did not receive and cannot obtain a refund for, as you cannot contact them by phone and emails go unanswered. Please go to the BBB site and add your complaint.

As a postcript ... don't bother reporting them to the BBB - I received a response this morning saying they've closed the file as the company is out of business and nothing can be done ... !!!

"Worthless - After 6 days, I wrote an e-mail after "Warehouse Processing" never changed. 10 Days now and no change - I called and the only phone number that worked was new orders only - and they claim they have my product in stock and will take my order... but what about my order from 10 days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I have ordered stuff from MotherNature before Thanksgiving and have got nothing yet. To make is worse they have not sent me any emails on the matter. They have not responded to my emails on their website support. To top it off when I call them and try to find someone to talk to their phone system sent me to a voice mail box that was full. I'm not surprised to see this website taken down soon."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They charged my credit card $32 more than 3+ weeks ago and I have yet to see the order! My daughter was on the only phone they have, which is a new order number, when they hung up on her after 10 minutes. "

"Do not order from mothernature.com.

This store worked okay in the past, but I still cannot receive my order made on October 22.
They sent me 1 item of 3, and order status is "In Warehouse" for the remaining items, for a very long time.
They do not respond to my recent e-mails, and there is no phone number to call.

"Up until my last order, Nov. 1st, this website delivered on everything I ordered in the previous 3 years even replacing stuff that broke during delivery. I don't understand why they suddenly don't respond to emails but I guess it will be the last time I order from them."

"I am having the same issues with this company. NO return emails and I've been sending emails since October. My remainder of my order is "still warehouse processing" and you're not able to talk to a human being at the phone number for customer service. So today I asked for a refund of my money but I'm sure that is lost. Crappy customer service. Poor business ethics. Unsure of order date but the last week of Sept. 2011."

"Wish I had seen the reviews earlier. Bought from them and have been waiting ever since. All I get is order "Warehouse For Processing". They took my money the same day but you cannot get anyone to respond to inquiries. Have been waiting for two weeks and nothing. Now I find out that you can't even get a person on their Customer Service telephone number. They just have a recording saying go to their online help and they will respond within one day. That is absolute crap! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My $113.00 order status has been "WAREHOUSE PROCESSING ORDER" since October 13, 2011...it is now December 7th, 2011...They stole my money & will NOT respond to my numerous email request for a full refund! THEY DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER! I tried the 800 number for ordering & no one helps at that number either...I'm contacting the BBB today! "100% agree with everyone else's comments. This store is a FRAUD, CHEAT, and stole my money as well. They did not deliver products I purchased, and it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them. They have a phony "customer service" phone number and they do not respond to email requests. I am currenly disputing the purchase with my credit card company. Do NOT let this merchant get away with stealing your money. Better yet, do not order from them. You will regret it. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and the US Dept of Consumer Affairs. I did! Remember, power is in numbers to get this merchant out of business."
