"My order was missing a part and It was to much work I feel to get the right person to help me with that. Some changes should be made to expedite parts missing quicker and easier. Or double check orders. Product was good except for missing part. Can't install it without the O2 adapter.
I want to thank MotoMummy for accusing me of Bashing there family owned company. I was just being honest with my comments. I really didn't enjoy the return email. Be honest you didn't offer me a second option other then contacting the manufacturer until I complained about that. You guys also assumed I had manufacturer contact info. Which I didn't. After your second contact with me you provided me with all the information I needed to take care of the problem. Sorry you feel I bashed you, but I was being honest.
In the end I got a hold of manufacturer and they are taking care of my problem as swiftly as possible. "

"Ordered a set of Pazzo levers that I didn't like when I saw them in person and requested an RMA. I agreed to the absurd 20% restocking fee, paid for the return shipping, and shipped the levers back in the original packaging with the same bubble wrap that they arrived to me in. One was wrapped in bubble wrap, then the other was placed against the bubble wrap and also wrapped in bubble wrap. There was no way they were scratched during the return shipping. A week went by without a status update after the USPS showed they had been delivered, along with two emails that were not answered. After finally answering they refused the RMA stating the levers were scratched in the return shipping because I failed to place a piece of cardboard between them, yet there was no cardboard between them when they shipped them to me and the two levers were separated by several layers of bubble wrap.
I always prefer to buy from a small business yet my gut told me I shouldn't have ordered from them ... lesson learned."
