"It took later than expected the item that I purchased to arrived. Ordered a damper then I received an email stating that the red color that I wanted for the item is on back order, I've been asked if I want to switch to another color and I did switch it to black. And then after,I got another email that the red is custom ordered in for me, that they can switch the color but I have to pay restocking fee. I told them it's fine so they can process my order cus I cant wait for the red color witch is back order. But one of there staff emailed me that the red will be there quicker than the black and doesn't make sense.Corey and Erin apologized about the miscommunication and sorted out everything.
