"I ordered an exhaust from Motomummy as they were the only ones in the US that I could find that carried the brand (Racefit). I placed my order on a friday morning and receieved it the following monday by 11:30am. Within an hour and a half from placing my order I had received a tracking number. The shipment came well packaged and arrived unharmed. Due to their quick service when asking questions and placing orders and their prices I will definitely be buying from Motomummy again. They now have a returning customer for life. "

"Ordered a part that had to be special ordered from Italy. It arrived in about TWO MONTHS. However, when I opened the box it was missing one key component (the license plate light, that clearly states is included on their web site). I've since attempted to get in touch with Corey/Erin no less than FIVE times over the past week. No response from them. I either need to have the missing part sent to me or I need to return it. Is anybody home at motomummy?

EDIT: I received an immediate response to my email messages *after* I posted this review. The option I was given was to return the item or wait another one or two months to receive the missing part that should have been included in the box.

All my future business will be with other vendors who stand behind the products they sell and treat their customers' with the respect they deserve."
