"Haven't received my order yet. One item I purchased was a set of made to order brake lines that was not specified on the website. It would have been nice to receive my remaing order immediately, followed by the brake lines as they became available. Instead they have me waiting on my entire order for one item.
It does state that the brake lines are custom made, that is not the same as made to order. If you keep reading in the description of the product, it finally mentions that the item is made to order. It is not in bold, nor is it in a different font than everything else. To be fair, most people stop reading descriptions after the first few lines, anything after that is typically garbage nonsense information used to fill the description page. It would have been nice to have that type of information seperated from "DOT and TUV approved for street use" which is on the 3rd description line. Instead "These are custom made brake lines built specifically as you order them" is on the 12th line followed by "Kits are available ready to install, or as individual lines for custom applications" which is on the 5th descriptive line. So pardon me for somehow overlooking such an 'obvious' notation. I have been contacted by MotoMummy about this review, and all they basically said was that I could follow my purchase online when I log in. I have been logging in for a week now, and the only info I get on my order is a receipt showing what I purchased. There is no expected date, whether or not it's been shipped, a tracking number, or anything that shows the items are on there way. Oh, they also mentioned that they don't ship separately anymore due to the high complaints in the past of people receiving seperate shipments, but if I wanted my items shipped separately, I would simply have to ask. I thought complaining on a ratings website would let them know I would like the rest of my order now, not when the brake lines are ready. They also asked me to update my review, so here you go."
