Great purchase experience

"I placed on order for some Yoshi exhaust for a 24 Busa then after the fact started checking reviews on motosport.com which left me concerned since I have never done business with them. I have to say I had no issues at all placed my order on Sunday and received it a day early actually on Wednesday so I'm very pleased and would definitely do business with them again"

it waisted my time.... the part was back ordered

"and i wasn't informed.... i paid for the 2 day extra delivery fee.... and after 5 days i reach out to their online chat... which is crazy slow... then they tell me the part is back order.... why not let me know..... aaaaggghhhh.... never again from them!!"

Very disrespectful

"At first everything was well for my first 5-6 orders then I started having some easy fixings go wrong. 3 orders were "lost" or went to the wrong address which they fixed and could not find where my orders went and lastly recently completely lost a rebuild kit/sent to wrong address and while my card was charged there's no order number and when trying to figure out I was hung up on twice and disconnected with chat.i spent well over 1k within. Few months and we disrespected and basically robbed for 455! I'm going to rocky mountain at this customer service and there shipping is very rude and unhelpful would not recommend at all"

UPDATE: Contacted by Motosport Operation Lead who is making things right. Hopefully will be better customer service/communication for all.

"I purchased a KTM Adventure top case from Motosport which was over $500. It arrived with a dent so I immediately called customer service. I left several messages without a reply. Finally someone contacted me after several weeks who asked me to take pictures of the damaged case. I was offered a discount (initially $50) or return. I thought that a $50 discount on a $500 case was ridiculous and suggested a more significant discount (via email back and forth) but after "extensive discussion" the most they would discount was $60.

I needed this case for a 1500 mile ride that I had planned for months, and communication back and forth with Motosport just ate up time (literally 3 weeks). I ended up returning the case and got a full refund.

Several weeks later however- I find the EXACT same dented case for sale online for $300?!?!?!? I guess Motosport did not care about the customer and just liquidated their damaged goods to a third-party vendor.

This was HORRIBLE customer service and shady business dealing.

Used to be awesome, not anymore

"It always **** when one of your favorite stores changes for the worse. Motorsport.com has gone downhill in 2020. I have used them for over eight years, and I really don't want to anymore. Their customer service has gone downhill quickly. They do not address my problems. It takes numerous attempts to resolve an issue. Their shipping has started taking way to long. They won't let me post reviews addressing their problems. I recommend Partzilla.com!"

Customer Service is Totally Useless

"I purchased ridding gear from Motosport on 16 May on 19 May they shipped it. After several days of trying to to use the USPS tracking number on their webpage and it showing that the Post Office had no information for that tracking number I called Motosport on Friday 22 May and was told the tracking would update over the weekend. On 23 May the USPS website change to they were awaiting the item but had not got the item yet. ON 26 May I again called Motosport and was hung on while waiting for the CS so i used the chat this time I was told it was being shipped using UPS Mail Innovations Express and I could use the USPS tracking number on UPS to get the current status. I did that and found that on 23 May it left La Vergne TN @ 1:06 PM on its way to my local USPS. It is a 6 hour drive from the UPS location to my Post Office. UPS said it would be delivered to me on the 26th. No package plus no updates shown in the UPS tracking since the 23 so I contacted UPS on the 27th and was told to contact Motosport to get them to start a search that since it was a USPS delivery they would have to do it from their end. I have called and used chat to ask Motosport to help with this and all they have done is say "IT IS IN TRANSIT" when I asked when i could expect it I was told "I don't know sometime". If there is no update by tomorrow the 29th a week after it was last scanned and these item are now out of stock i will be going to my bank and doing a charge back. When Motosport asks about it I will tell them "it is in transit and I don't know when they will get it"!! "

Would give them zero stars if it were possible

"I found these guys via google search, liked their catalog and prices. I ordered a new rear grab bar for my 2018 YFZ 450R. It will be the last time I ever order anything from them.

For starters it arrived without the fender support wings which are WELDED on the stock piece I was attempting to replace. i.e. NOT an optional part. BUT I needed it for that weekend so I installed the grab bar piece and found some old similar fender supports from the 04 450 I used to own and managed to rig up my own fender support so I could ride that weekend without vibrating my fenders to pieces.


Fast forward. After ONE day of riding, the shoddy 1 time weld job on the flag mount receiver was ALREADY BENDING AND CRACKING after just a single day of use with my buggy whip.


I contact motosport.com when I get home and let them know they sold me a defective part. They respond asking for pictures and I do them one better. I send them pictures, videos, and even show them what the stock piece SHOULD look like.


No response. And when I say no response, I mean absolutely ZERO response for a MONTH! Not "sorry we can't help you with that." Not "we'll get back to you." NOTHING FOR A MONTH. Then I finally make a stink, call them, and send several more emails, they eventually respond, informing me after 6 weeks, that though they can't replace my defective part, they CAN send me the missing wings that should've been in the initial delivery.


So there SOLUTION is to give me the missing parts they ALREADY OWED ME after 6 weeks of complaining about a part that broke after a SINGLE USE!

How these guys still have a business license is beyond me but I warn all fellow gear heads DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM motosport.com they will RIP YOU OFF if you have ANY sort of issue. Hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had with a part seller. These guys act like an Indian phone scam - sell you a piece of junk then you never hear from them again.

"I bought handguards & mounts that weren't going to work out. I called about making the return. They told me what to do & said I could purchase the return shipping through them for a set amount..ok, I did that. I returned the items exactly as told & when I got my refund, I was short, so I called to see why & they say "Oh we don't refund the original shipping fee" ..which IF I were told that from the beginning I would've been ok, but now I've spent x amount of dollars for absolutely nothing! This guy was so " who gives a ****" about it too. **** MOTOSPORTS ! You don't give a **** about losing customers. We have at least 10 4 wheelers we get parts for.. but never through MOTOSPORTS again. Information is the key. By the way..the Polaris handguards are mounted with plastic..easily breakable. "
