"Not only was I happy with actual price of the succulents I purchased, but the quality was outstanding. Very healthy and beautiful! My only criticism would be that the box was clearly tossed around by the carried because some of the dirt has been dumped out and was all over the inside of the box. I would suggest putting the '' this side up '' bright red stickers on the box because the printed '' this side up'' on the box was ignored. But it was packed very well and not of the plants were damaged "

"Normally I am so satisfied with mountain crest, they are my primary mode of ordering succulents due to their excellent prices and diverse variety of plants. However, on this one particular order, even with the careful packaging, the candlesticks were knocked about and the leaves were wilted and sad. I hope it makes a full recovery. I submitted a “complaint” via email with photos attached on their online system and they asked for photos again in a follow up email. It was like a $2 plant and I’m sure it’ll end up recovering but it seemed like an inefficient process for such a minimal error. Overall though, my experience has been extremely pleasant but this particular order is the one I was asked to review! "

"When my box arrived, i opened it and found a disaster. In the box was a pile of dirt, packing material, empty containers, label sticks, plants and pieces of plants. Very little packing material in box. A poor packing job was obvious. I did my best to salvage the plants."
