"Two of my plants were damaged "

"Ordered 5 plants of various sizes and unfortunately a couple of them were a bit damaged in transit. Will likely need to replace them. First time one of my orders from Mountain Crest was damaged at all, so could just be a one-off. Otherwise, I am happy with the selection and quality of plants available to purchase."

"I’m so glad to receive my 1st order finally on Friday. However, the delivery person didn’t follow the “This way Up” instruction. It was placed on the side of the box, thus, a lot of loose soil was out and everywhere on the plants when I open it. It’s a lot of dusting before I can see it the plants are ok.
The fragile plants such as Sedum Jelly Bean had lots of broken leaves. I felt a bit heart broken whenever I see plants get mistreated. It’s mainly the journey and delivery.
There are couple of mislabeled plants too. So I need to search up your website to confirm their name for a few of the plants. Other than that it’s a great online buying experience."

"I've had an overall good experience every time I've ordered from Mountain Crest Gardens. I previously had one order where the plant immediately developed root rot, but other than that my experiences have been positive and I've bought succulents on at least 4 occasions. This time, the three plants I ordered were in great condition, but one was crammed into the shipping box that was slightly too small for the trio, which meant it arrived with one leaf hanging to the stem by a thread and another that had been broken into a 90 degree angle and scabbed over. However, it was a "large" succulent and hardy enough that it shouldn't negatively impact growth. Plus, the leaf that was knocked off the stem has been set aside to try and propagate. None of my minor negative experiences would prevent me from purchasing again in the future. "
