"The ordering experience was easy. The selection process was easy. The instructions that came with the trays was very detailed and easy to understand. The succulents were packed tightly and did not allow for movement. Very glad the amount of crinkle paper placed on top of the trays was in place as one plant from each tray fell over due to error on the transportation carrier.

The only problem experience was by FedEx. They placed the boxes on the side causing one plant from each tray to fall over and the dirt fall out."
