"I needed to add to an existing order and customer service was very courteous and helpful when I called. Order arrived on time and packed well in the box. I have ordered many times from Mountain Crest Gardens and have been very satisfied with the quality of each order in the past. However, with this order, one plant was not looking good and appeared to be overwatered and I doubt will survive. The packing material surrounding this plant was damp (not good for succulents). Also, I noticed at least 2 fungus gnats flew out of the box as I took out the packing material. I’m a bit disappointed but still satisfied with the rest of the plants and will most likely consider ordering from MCG again in the future."
