"Pros:I recently purchased Mobile Suit Gundam Complete Collection DVD from Moviemars.com. I chose this company for the best price I could find. Their shipping rates were very reasonable, free to $2 expedited. Correct item shipped. Well described.
Cons: I paid the extra $2 to have my DVD with in 2-3 business days. It took the company 6 days before they shipped it, and another 7 days to receive the movie. I found that they shipped it DHL to Chicago, then media mail to my house in Mid-Michigan.
Pro: Refunded for shipping after e-mailed complaint.

Great site to find obscure British television DVD's at great prices, but the shipping was dreadful! They are stretching the truth (at best) when they give you a choice of "expedited delivery." For your extra dollars, you get a combination of DHL/USPS Media Mail -- the slowest service possible. So my expedited package still is not here two weeks after it was ordered. When I explained to the customer service rep that maybe they were a wee bit dishonest, she cheerfully refunded my portion of the expedited shipping. I would give the site a 10 for product & price and a 0 for honesty."
