"I was told I would get a refund in full for returning a part I ordered. It was $10.90 shipped to me. Once they received the brand new, unopened part back they refunded me $4.90. I paid that much just to ship it back to them. Terrible way to do business. Not to mention how long it took to receive this in stock item. Spend your money at a more reputable company."

I responded to them immediately and asked them to cancel the order since I needed new blades asap. Looked at my bank account 2 days later and they had charged me for the blades. I responded to the original email requesting an immediate refund. It has now been 3 days and I have not received a credit for an order that never shipped."
