Slow as a turtle will not drop ship
"Every time I order from this company it takes a couple weeks to get my parts they never stock anything that I Order although it's on the website to order and pay for but then all of a sudden goes into awaiting fulfillment they order from somewhere else wait for it to come in then send it to me a week later call costing me $ 300 Or more and lost work every time I get apart from this company if they could learn how to drop ship a package it sure would save me Tom frustration money and in one case a customer that I lost because it took too long to get my mower running again"

Great company!
"I have no problem with the companies that I buy from Pyramid air is no exception my only problem is from every shipper in the United States can't do their job correctly but it's not Pyramid errors fault that UPS FedEx and United States postal service cannot do their job thanks Pyramid air if my parts ever get here with UPS I'm sure it'll be perfect"

They are worthless

"These people are a half assed low down dirty scum bags that don't stock hardly anything order from a cheap supplier and don't even have the courtesy to drop ship it to you because they want you to think they had it. True stories in reviews these people just make money to buy you something from someone else and sell it to you in am untimely manner that will in the end cost you more when they send you the wrong part"
